A Note From Anne
"Minds are like parachutes, they both work better when they are open."
This is one of the things I was quoted recently as saying, when describing my life and business.
I like being able to come and go as I please, I enjoy making people happy, and being a realtor. It is liberating to know you control your own destiny.

I developed an interest in houses at a young age, my father was a builder and very often I went along with him to job sites, I learned about foundations, framing, roofing, plumbing, electricity, building codes, and house plans, As a realtor this knowledge has had a profound influence on my success.

My path though the working world has consisted of many jobs, Teacher, School Owner, Property manager, and Realtor, all of this has made it possible for me to grow professionally and be a better people person. On my jobs I have learned about customer relations, management skills, and good business practices. I enjoy seeing how happy people are when they get a new home, and how touched and affected they are by what I do.

Why use me as your Realtor? Life's experience tells me each persons need is different, and each should have individualized attention, and a tailored program to fit their specific needs.

I represent my clients by showing them how to save money. I search MLS data systems (an internet server available only to realtors) for comparables, this insures that my clients are always informed of current market prices. Also I coordinate all transactions for them, advise them about inspections, home warranty, and negotiate contract addendum and prices.

I have the attitude that, "I am confident enough to handle anything" and "I have a lot of faith in God." That's something I think that goes a long way.
