Could you buy a property for less if you work with an agent from the listing company? No, they represent the seller, and because the amount of commission is the same even if another agency finds the buyer. You can work with an agent that represents the seller or one that represents you!

Homebuyers often make mistakes that result in paying too much for a property or losing their top choice. These pitfalls can be avoided by hiring me as your representative a person who knows the area market and will represent only you.

HOW MUCH HOUSE WILL YOUR INCOME BUY?

Use the table below to get a ballpark figure of just how much your income will buy. Knowing ahead of time how much you can borrow gives you the confidence you need to make a selection.

Most mortgage companies use the 28/36 percentage rule for determining qualifying income to loans. Your monthly mortgage amount should not exceed 28% of your monthly income. Your debt to income ratio should not exceed 36%. While this method is standard for conventional loans, FHA or VA could vary.
